Sua missão central será garantir a excelência em SST, atuando proativamente e em parceria com todos os colaboradores para inspecionar, avaliar e aprimorar continuamente as condições de trabalho, instalações e equipamentos, garantindo o rigoroso e eficaz cumprimento de todos os procedimentos e legislações da área. Se você tem paixão por fomentar uma cultura de segurança participativa e busca um ambiente onde o cuidado com a equipe é prioridade, venha fazer a diferença conosco.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPromover e assegurar a segurança e integridade de todos os colaboradores, em estrita conformidade com a legislação vigente (Normas Regulamentadoras - NRs).Realizar e atualizar avaliações e análises de riscos para identificar perigos, mensurar riscos e desenvolver medidas de controle eficazes.Conduzir investigações detalhadas de acidentes e incidentes (quase acidentes), identificando suas causas-raiz e desenvolvendo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos para mitigar a recorrência.Especificar, solicitar e fiscalizar o uso correto e a conservação dos Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) e Coletiva (EPCs), garantindo sua adequação e fornecimento em tempo hábil.Elaborar, implementar e gerenciar programas de saúde ocupacional, prevenção de doenças e de promoção do bem-estar dos colaboradores.Estruturar e treinar a Brigada de Incêndio, além de ministrar orientações sobre primeiros socorros, prevenção e combate a sinistros.Planejar e executar treinamentos internos obrigatórios e ações educativas com foco em segurança do trabalho.Conscientizar e orientar ativamente os colaboradores sobre a importância das práticas seguras, perigos associados às suas atividades e a responsabilidade individual na prevenção de acidentes.Manter a comunicação visual da área (ex: quadros de aviso) atualizada com informações pertinentes sobre saúde, segurança, normas e procedimentos.Garantir o cumprimento de todas as obrigações legais e manter a documentação de segurança do trabalho (laudos, relatórios, atas, certificados) organizada e auditável.Executar os procedimentos administrativos e burocráticos zelando pela eficiência dos processos.Requisitos e qualificações Formação em Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento em pacote office;Conhecimento em ASO e EPI.Diferencial conhecimento Sistema SêniorDisponibilidade de deslocamento entre as unidades da empresa;
