Sobre o papel

Estamos buscando um Engenheiro de Processos que será responsável por: atividades de melhoria de processos, análise de falhas, cria procedimentos de trabalhos, treinar as equipes de suporte e de operação, mapeamento de paradas.

Esta vaga é efetiva e está baseada em Jarinú, interior de SP e nessa posição você reportará diretamente ao Coordenador de Produção. O que você vai fazer

  • Revisão anual de Gerenciamento de Risco;
  • Realizar (BOS) feedback de Segurança com o time de Máquina;
  • Reportar qualquer condição ou comportamento inseguro identificado no Gensuite;
  • Responsável pela análise e gerenciar ações bloqueios (Ponto de transformação, Análise Rápida de Causas Operacionais e Análise de Causa Raiz dos defeitos de Qualidade e SAC;
  • Acompanhar as Registro de Não Conformidades geradas na Unidade de Produção;
  • Responsável pela análise e correção dos dados no sistema Plain;
  • Elaborar Procedimentos Instrução de trabalho e Lição de Um Ponto.
  • Realizar estudos de capabilidade do processo;
  • Acompanhar diariamente os resultados de Eficiência e Perda da Máquina;
  • Acompanhar diariamente os resultados realizar correções do Center Line e solucionar problemas pertinentes à área.
  • Responsável por treinar equipe operacional;
  • Criar padrões de operação e processo;
  • Responsável por analisar o consumo dos materiais (OC) e gerar plano de ação para os desvios;
  • Responsável por apoiar capacitar o time através do Pilar de Manutenção Autônoma.

Quem buscamos

  • Cursando em Engenharia Mecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas partir do 4º semestre;
  • Desejável inglês fluente;
  • Experiência mínima de 06 meses na área de processos industriais;
  • Pacote Office Intermediário.
