Mantener en condiciones óptimas de orden y limpieza las áreas asignadas, para contribuir al buen funcionamiento del proceso productivo, teniendo en cuenta, los lineamientos, políticas y estándares de Essity, para así promover el desarrollo del trabajo del personal.

What You Will Do

  • Sigue los lineamientos, políticas y estándares de Essity, para realizar una variedad de tareas que forman parte de un proceso de producción.
  • Realiza el aseo general dependiendo de la asignación, para contribuir a mantener la planta conforme a los estándares de orden y limpieza en: ventiladores, sanitarios, pasillos, puertas, enfriador, campana, muros, vidrios, lockers, periféricos etcétera.
  • Recoge y elimina los residuos de basura y/o de producción, de acuerdo con las políticas de separación y reciclaje de residuos de la organización, manteniendo el equipo o área de producción limpia, contribuyendo a que las áreas de trabajo sean seguras.
  • Participa en la limpieza de la línea asignada durante y después de las CIL´s, a fin de mantener el orden y limpieza de su área de trabajo.
  • Limpia los pisos, mezanine, escaleras de las naves y áreas periféricas de las máquinas que estén trabajando.
  • Traslada los residuos al área asignada, retira las tarimas y cajas vacías, del área productiva.
  • Surte de aceite siliconado, solvente, cinta doble cara, bolsas para merma etcétera. según requerimientos del personal.
  • Entrega de turno a la hora asignada informando incidencias y pendientes con zonas limpias.
  • Notifica de anormalidades al líder de tripulación o responsable inmediato.
  • Elabora en SAP: vales electrónicos para el material de limpieza para las áreas asignadas.
  • Lleva a cabo las actividades correspondientes de HMEx, de acuerdo con su rol.
  • Se reporta directamente con el líder de tripulación asignado, para que le designe sus actividades a realizar.
  • Conoce y entiende los pilares que conforman a TPM y sus objetivos específicos.
  • Participa activamente en el cumplimiento de los KAI y KPI del pilar que representa
  • Cuando se le convoque, deberá de participar activamente en los foros de planta para la eliminación de pérdidas.
  • Se capacita en temas teóricos y prácticos de TPM, con base en lo declarado en la matriz de habilidades de su área y entrenar el los temas que corresponden a su pilar
  • Cumple con los estándares relacionados a su línea y/o pilar.
  • Actualiza la información de sus KPI / KAI en su tablero.
  • Realiza formatos de auto auditoría y participa durante el proceso de auditoría para los cambios de paso.
  • Cumple con los KAI establecidos en el pilar.
  • Cumple con la ejecución de actividades mapeadas dentro de su CIL, así como de los CL declarados para ejecutar en el día.
  • Detecta y restaura defectos de acuerdo a su nivel en MH.
  • Da seguimiento al plan del paso AM.
  • Solicita y participa en las auditorias de AM.
  • Mantiene las condiciones básicas de la máquina

Escolaridad: Secundaria o bachillerato, preferentemente certificado.
