Arbetar du som ekonomikonsult och har erfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen? Vi på Estatement arbetar löpande med konsultuppdrag inom fastighetssektorn och vill gärna komma i kontakt med dig som är öppen för nya möjligheter.

Vi samarbetar med fastighetsbolag, kommuner och andra aktörer inom branschen och söker kontinuerligt efter erfarna ekonomer för både kortare och längre uppdrag.

Exempel på uppdrag

Som ekonomikonsult kan du komma att arbeta med:

  • Löpande redovisning och bokslut
  • Budget, prognos och ekonomisk uppföljning
  • Analys och rapportering
  • Fastighetsekonomi
  • Hyres- och fastighetsrelaterad ekonomi
  • Business controlling och verksamhetsstöd
  • Ekonomistyrning och verksamhetsutveckling

Uppdragens innehåll, omfattning och längd varierar beroende på kundens behov och din erfarenhet.

Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet inom ekonomi och som har arbetat i eller nära fastighetsbranschen. Du är trygg i din kompetens, självgående och van att snabbt sätta dig in i nya verksamheter.

Du har god förståelse för ekonomiska processer och trivs i en roll där du får kombinera analys, struktur och verksamhetsnära arbete. Erfarenhet från fastighetsbolag, förvaltning eller andra fastighetsrelaterade verksamheter är meriterande.

Som konsult är du flexibel, lösningsorienterad och van att bidra med värde från dag ett.
