Vi arbetar löpande med interimslösningar inom fastighetsbranschen och vill alltid komma i kontakt med erfarna chefer för att bredda vårt nätverk inför kommande uppdrag.

Har du gedigen chefserfarenhet från fastighetsbranschen och trivs i roller där du snabbt behöver sätta dig in i en verksamhet, skapa struktur och driva arbetet framåt? Då vill vi gärna komma i kontakt med dig.

Om uppdragen

Vi samarbetar med olika aktörer inom fastighetsbranschen och hjälper våra kunder att tillsätta erfarna interimschefer vid exempelvis chefsbyten, organisationsförändringar, tillfälliga vakanser eller verksamhetsutveckling.

Uppdragen kan exempelvis vara inom:

  • Fastighetsförvaltning
  • Teknisk förvaltning och drift
  • Projekt- och byggverksamhet
  • Fastighetsutveckling
  • Samhällsbyggnad
  • Gata, park och annan närliggande verksamhet
  • Ekonomi och administration inom fastighetsorganisationer

Som interimschef förväntas du snabbt kunna sätta dig in i verksamhetens förutsättningar, leda medarbetare och säkerställa att verksamheten fungerar och utvecklas enligt uppsatta mål.

Uppdragen varierar i både omfattning, ansvar och längd beroende på kundens behov.

Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som har flera års erfarenhet av chefs- och ledarskap inom fastighetsbranschen. Du har en god verksamhetsförståelse och är trygg i att ta ansvar även i situationer där förutsättningarna snabbt kan förändras.

Du är van att leda genom andra, fatta beslut och skapa struktur. Samtidigt har du förmågan att vara lyhörd och bygga förtroende i organisationen på kort tid.

Som interimschef är du:
