Apraksts : ESTO komandā tu izskatīsi klientu sūdzības un sagatavosi atbildes uz tām. Atbildes būs gan rakstveidā, oficiālas korespondences formā, gan sarunās pa tālruni un e-pastā. Jurista uzraudzībā sagatavosi atbildes arī uz uzraudzības iestāžu pieprasījumiem par klientu sūdzībām. Tāpat palīdzēsi klientiem labāk izprast ESTO produktus un pakalpojumus.

Tavi pienākumi:

  • izskatīt un izvērtēt klientu sūdzības un pieprasījumus atbilstoši normatīvajiem aktiem un ESTO iekšējām procedūrām;
  • sagatavot rakstveida atbildes klientiem oficiālas korespondences formā;
  • jurista uzraudzībā sagatavot atbildes uz uzraudzības iestāžu pieprasījumiem par klientu sūdzībām;
  • sazināties ar klientiem pa tālruni un e-pastu, sniedzot skaidras, saprotamas un cieņpilnas atbildes;
  • konsultēt klientus par ESTO produktiem un pakalpojumiem, proaktīvi risināt viņu jautājumus un veidot ilgtermiņa attiecības;
  • sadarboties ar juridisko, parādu piedziņas un klientu apkalpošanas komandu, lai rastu risinājumus;
  • dokumentēt sūdzību izskatīšanas rezultātus un analizēt biežākās problēmas, lai uzlabotu klientu pieredzi.

No tevis sagaidām:

  • tiesību zinātnes studijas bakalaura programmas 3. vai 4. kursā vai augstāko izglītību tiesību zinātnē;
  • padziļinātas juridiskās zināšanas un interesi par patērētāju tiesībām un finanšu pakalpojumiem;
  • prasmi skaidri, strukturēti un saprotamā valodā izskaidrot juridiskus jautājumus gan rakstveidā, gan mutvārdos;
  • atvērtību, komunikabilitāti, radošu un inovatīvu pieeju;
  • pārliecību un takta izjūtu saziņā ar klientiem, arī sarežģītās situācijās;
  • labu pašorganizāciju, strukturētu domāšanu un uzmanību detaļām;
  • spēju strādāt patstāvīgi un orientēties uz rezultātu;
  • teicamas latviešu valodas zināšanas rakstveidā un mutvārdos;
  • ļoti labas angļu valodas zināšanas rakstveidā un mutvārdos (saziņai ar ESTO grupas kolēģiem Baltijas valstīs).
