Vill du utveckla produkter som hjälper människor till ökad självständighet och bättre livskvalitet varje dag? I rollen som Produktutvecklare arbetar du nära både användare, produktion och kollegor i ett engagerat team där innovation, samarbete och eget ansvar står i fokus.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Utveckla framtidens manuella rullstolar och tillbehör utifrån användarbehov, marknadsinsikter och produktstrategi.
  • Ta fram konstruktionslösningar, 3D-modeller och produktionsunderlag i SolidWorks
  • Planera, genomföra och följa upp prototyper, tester och verifieringar
  • Att vara delaktig I projektgruppen för att utveckla produkter från idé till lansering
  • Säkerställa teknisk dokumentation, tekniska filer och underlag för produktion
  • Samarbeta med produktion, inköp, kvalitet, testlabb och externa designers för att skapa de bästa lösningarna
  • Bidra till förbättringar av arbetssätt, metoder och tekniska lösningar inom produktutveckling

Din profil

  • Erfarenhet av produktutveckling eller konstruktion, gärna i en tillverkande verksamhet
  • Goda kunskaper i 3D-CAD, gärna SolidWorks
  • Intresse för teknik, användarcentrerad design och problemlösning
  • Förmåga att driva egna aktiviteter och samarbeta med olika funktioner
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska, både i tal och skrift

Du är strukturerad och har ett naturligt ordningssinne samtidigt som du vågar utmana idéer och bidra med egna perspektiv. För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du uppskattar samarbete, gillar att lösa problem och motiveras av att utveckla produkter som verkligen gör skillnad för användarna. Du är nyfiken på ny teknik och ser möjligheter i den fortsatta utvecklingen av digitala verktyg.

Ditt framtida team

Som en del av vår fortsatta tillväxt och satsning på framtidens produkter utökar vi nu vårt R&D-team med ytterligare en produktutvecklare. Du blir en del av vårt R&D-team med fokus på manuella rullstolar och relaterade produkter och rapporterar till Head of R&D. Rollen innebär nära samarbete med kollegor genom hela produktutvecklingskedjan, från idé och konstruktion till testning, produktion och färdig produkt.
