Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manages the key performance areas and result indicators associated with the investigations into various areas of the directorates operation and provision of an effective and efficient administrative support service to core delivery functions for the directorate.

Key Responsibility Areas:

• Manages the implementation of financial controls/ procedures and provides information to support financial planning sequences.

• Manages and controls the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel with the division.

• Manages the implementation of procedures and systems associated with the controlling of document flow and quality systems/ statutory and audit requirements regulating recordkeeping.

• Ensuring that necessary information and documentation is received to undertake and/or support the investigation for Re-Imbursement Locomotion Application.

• Providing an administrative support function to the Directorate.

Essential Requirements:

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or Public Management or Business Administration or any other related and equivalent qualification.

• Valid motor vehicle driving license.

• 5 Years relevant experience.

• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration or Public Management or Business Administration or any other related and equivalent qualification.

• 6 Years relevant experience.
