Was Ihr Aufgabenbereich sein wird:

  • Erstellung und/oder Überprüfung von komplexen Steuererklärungen inkl. Organschaften
  • Bearbeitung von unternehmens- und konzernsteuerlichen Fragestellungen auf hohem Niveau und Entwicklung von Lösungsvorschlägen
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Umstrukturierungs- und Umwandlungsprozessen
  • Teilnahme an Due Diligence Projekten
  • Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen und Rechtsbehelfs- und/oder Klageverfahren
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- / juristisches oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Hochschulschulstudium
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung ab 3 Jahren sowie Zusatzqualifikation Steuerberatertitel und/oder LL.M.
  • Gerne auch mit Fachanwalts- und/oder Fachberatertitel oder dem Wunsch diesen zu erwerben
  • Analytische sowie unternehmerische Denkweise und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute DATEV- , M365- und Recherche-Kenntnisse
  • Offenheit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute bzw. ausbaufähige Englischkenntnisse
  • Offenheit für unseren weiteren Prozess in Richtung digitale Transformation und dem Einsatz von KI
