Sie sind Steuerfachangestellte/r und interessieren sich für IT, DATEV-Anwendungen und digitale Kanzleiprozesse? Dann bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre steuerliche Expertise mit einer spannenden IT-nahen Rolle zu verbinden. Neben der Mandatsarbeit übernehmen Sie eine wichtige Funktion bei der Betreuung unserer Kanzleisoftware und der Unterstützung unseres Teams bei digitalen Fragestellungen. Gleichzeitig fördern wir gezielt Ihre Weiterbildung zum Fachassistenten für Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse (FAIT).

Was dein Aufgabenbereich sein wird:

  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Kolleginnen und Kollegen bei DATEV- und IT-Anwendungsfragen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Optimierung von DATEV-Anwendungen sowie digitalen Kanzleiprozessen.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen und digitaler Arbeitsabläufe.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit externen IT-Dienstleistern und Softwarepartnern.
  • Erstellung von Finanzbuchhaltungen und Unterstützung bei der laufenden steuerlichen Betreuung unserer Mandanten.
  • Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen.
  • Ansprechpartner für (selbstbuchende) Mandanten bei Fragen rund um DATEV.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in IT-, Prozess- und Digitalisierungsprojekten.

  • Motivation zur Weiterbildung im Bereich Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse.
