Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Family Office mit einem vielseitigen Portfolio an Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften. In unserem kleinen, eingespielten Team pflegen wir eine persönliche und unkomplizierte Zusammenarbeit mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne selbständig arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und sich aktiv einbringt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Selbständige Bewirtschaftung eines eigenen Liegenschaftenportfolios
  • Ansprechperson für unsere Mieterschaft, Handwerker und Dienstleister
  • Vermietung inklusive Besichtigungen und Mieterauswahl
  • Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Mietverträge, Vertragsänderungen und Kündigungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Administration
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Unterhalts\- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Freigabe von Rechnungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Rechnungswesen

Das bringst du mit

  • Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung
  • Sachbearbeiter\-Abschluss Immobilien; Fachausweis Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Schweizer Mietrecht
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mietern und Handwerkern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Kenntnisse der Bewirtschaftungssoftware Immotop 2 von Vorteil
