Limerick, V94T3CD Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: €36,605 per annum Vacancies: 1Mark McCarthy is an established renovation and construction business based in Killaculleen, Templeglantine, Co. Limerick. We specialise in high-quality interior and exterior finishing works on residential and commercial projects across the region. We are currently seeking experienced Tilers to join our professional team.Main ResponsibilitiesExamine drawings and specifications to determine job requirements.Prepare and clean surfaces ready for tiling.Mix cement screed, adhesive or other composition mixtures as required.Cut, position and fix floor and wall tiles, ensuring correct alignment with a spirit level.Lay and secure underlay, carpet, linoleum or other floor coverings where required.Finish coverings by rolling, smoothing, grouting or polishing.Cover and decorate walls and floors with tiles, mosaic panels, terrazzo or granolithic mixtures.Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness and organisation on site.Comply fully with all health, safety and quality regulations.Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Floor or Wall Tiler (or similar role in construction).Sound knowledge of tiling materials, adhesives, installation techniques and finishing processes.Ability to read technical drawings and building specifications.Physically fit, safety-conscious and attentive to detail.Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.Must be available to work 39 hours per week.BenefitsCompetitive salary of €36,605 per annum (€18.05 per hour).Full-time, permanent position.Opportunity to work with an established and growing renovation company.Supportive and professional working environment.Training and development opportunities.How to Apply Please send your CV to <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a>
