Main Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily tiling activities and workers at construction sites.
  2. Allocate tasks and monitor workers' performance.
  3. Ensure tiles are installed according to drawings and specifications.
  4. Check tile alignment, level, spacing and finishing quality.
  5. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and other trades.
  6. Monitor material usage and ensure sufficient supplies.
  7. Identify and resolve installation problems.
  8. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
  9. Monitor work progress and report daily site activities.
  10. Ensure projects meet deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Leadership and team management.
  • Knowledge of tile installation techniques.
  • Ability to read construction drawings.
  • Quality inspection and problem-solving.
  • Site coordination and communication.
  • Time and manpower management.
  • Knowledge of construction safety procedures.
