LOffre:

  • Assister les clients sur divers canaux (e-mail et téléphone) de manière interactive et conviviale.
  • Attirer des clients potentiels en répondant aux questions sur les produits et services ; suggérer des informations pertinentes.
  • Suivre les interactions avec les clients.
  • Gérer les demandes de renseignements, y répondre dans les délais impartis et traiter les requêtes.
