L’Offre

• Répondre aux interactions par téléphone, e-mail et réseaux sociaux • Offrir un service après-vente personnalisé aux clients • Assister les clients dans une large gamme de produits de cosmétiques de qualité • Se montrer toujours disponible pour comprendre et aider le client • Identifier, analyser et proposer la meilleure solution aux clients • Offrir un service client de qualité et s’assurer que le client est toujours satisfait • Prendre en compte et sauvegarder toutes les informations pertinentes dans le système afin de fournir un excellent niveau de service

Pré-Requis

• Maîtrise du français à l’écrit et l’oral • Expérience en service client ou en assistance technique de préférence • Savoir faire preuve d’empathie et d’écoute active • À l'aise avec les appels téléphoniques, la rédaction d’e-mails et les réseaux sociaux • Bon esprit d’équipe
