L'offre :

  • Fournir une assistance client via divers canaux (e-mail et téléphone) de manière interactive et conviviale.
  • Répondre aux questions des clients potentiels concernant les produits et services et proposer des informations pertinentes.
  • Suivre les interactions avec les clients pour assurer une bonne communication.
  • Gérer et traiter les demandes dans les délais impartis.
  • Garantir la satisfaction client en respectant les normes de l'entreprise.
  • Contribuer à limage de marque auprès des clients.

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise du français (niveau C2 minimum) un niveau natif est un plus.
  • Maîtrise obligatoire de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum) des tests éliminatoires seront effectués lors du recrutement.
  • Capacité à communiquer efficacement et à résoudre les problèmes avec professionnalisme.
  • Désir de développer vos compétences dans un environnement professionnel stimulant.
  • Capacité à traiter les données personnelles avec discrétion.
  • Proactif, orienté résultats et capable de travailler en équipe dans un environnement multiculturel.

Conditions requises :

  • Poste en présentiel depuis Barcelone uniquement (pas de télétravail ou de travail à distance depuis un autre pays).
  • Possession dune carte d'identité ou dun passeport européen en cours de validité pour signer un contrat de travail en Espagne (aucun sponsorship de visa ou autre type de permis de travail nest fourni/accepté).
  • Un justificatif de casier judiciaire vierge sera exigé.
