Vos missions :

  • Accueillir les clients lors des appels entrants, avec professionnalisme et dynamisme.
  • Fournir des informations précises sur les produits et conclure des ventes par téléphone.
  • Aider les clients à résoudre les problèmes liés aux livraisons et vérifier la disponibilité des stocks.
  • Assister les clients pour la gestion des comptes et résoudre les problèmes techniques.
  • Conserver des dossiers précis et actualisés des interactions avec les clients.

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise du français (Fluent) à lécrit et à loral.
  • Expérience en service client ou assistance technique appréciée.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, écoute active et empathie.
  • À laise avec les appels téléphoniques, la rédaction de-mails et les réseaux sociaux.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à relever des défis.
