L'Offre:

  • Assurer la prise en charge des demandes des utilisateurs de la plateforme via différents canaux de communication.
  • Suivre les demandes jusqu'à leur résolution en respectant les procédures internes.
  • Répondre de manière rapide et efficace aux situations d'urgence et rassurer les clients face à des problèmes rencontrés.
  • Faire remonter au Coach Performance attitré toutes les difficultés rencontrées avec les clients, afin de trouver la meilleure solution dans les délais les plus courts.
  • Former et accompagner proactivement les clients pour une prise en main optimale de la plateforme, favorisant ainsi l'adhésion des équipes à une stratégie digitale et garantissant le succès de nos produits.
  • Proposer des suggestions aux clients pour promouvoir les innovations de la plateforme.
  • Contribuer à la mise à jour de la FAQ et des guides du service en tenant compte des retours des clients.

Pré-Requis:

  • Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation en vente ou en relation client.
  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience exigé(e) dans un poste similaire.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des différents canaux de communication.
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, vous êtes patient(e) et empathique, et appréciez les échanges avec des personnes d'horizons divers.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et rigoureux(se).
  • Vous savez gérer les priorités.
  • Vous êtes dynamique et polyvalent(e).
  • Vous avez une très bonne élocution et de bonnes compétences rédactionnelles.
  • Maîtrise du français
