L'Offre:

  • Gérer une équipe de 5 à 10 employés en veillant à un management efficace et en promouvant un environnement de travail collaboratif et productif;
  • Superviser la planification, l'exécution et l'achèvement des tâches pendant les heures de bureau régulières;
  • Garantir le respect des délais et des normes de qualité;
  • Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres équipes pour rationaliser les processus et améliorer l'efficacité.

Pré-requis:

  • Résider à Lisbonne depuis au moins deux ans;
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe (préférable);
  • Expérience avérée dans le service client (au moins 2 ans);
  • Attitude dynamique, démontrant une aptitude à la créativité et à la résolution de défis.
