L'Offre :

En tant que Représentant du Service Client Francophone, vous serez la clé de l'expérience client en assurant un support technique et en résolvant les problèmes des utilisateurs. Vos principales missions seront :

  • Répondre aux demandes des utilisateurs avec courtoisie et efficacité.
  • Résoudre les incidents techniques en lien avec des produits audio.
  • Fournir des informations précises et proactives aux clients.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux des dossiers clients.
  • Se tenir informé des évolutions des produits et applications.

Pré-Requis : 

  • Maîtrise du français à loral et à lécrit (niveau courant ou bilingue).
  • Bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Expérience dau moins un an dans le service client, idéalement en support technique.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Familiarité avec les environnements connectés (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, streaming musical).
  • Maîtrise de Windows et Mac.
  • Capacité à gérer le stress et à travailler en équipe.
