Êtes-vous un développeur de contenu de formation avec une solide expérience dans la création et la mise en œuvre de stratégies dapprentissage pédagogique ?

Notre client, une entreprise dynamique située à Lisbonne, recherche un formateur expert dans les techniques de transmission du savoir pour contribuer à sa croissance en supervisant une équipe diverse et multiculturelle.

LOffre:

  • Diriger le développement et la mise en œuvre du contenu de A à Z, en coordonnant avec les gestionnaires de produit/projet, les spécialistes de la communication, les concepteurs pédagogiques et les formateurs pour assurer une livraison précise et cohérente.
  • Développer et harmoniser les plans de contenu avec les parties prenantes clés, tant internes qu'externes.
  • Identifier les besoins en contenu nouveaux ou à mettre à jour et les intégrer dans les canaux/outils existants ainsi que dans les supports de formation.
  • Collaborer avec le département Communication pour élaborer des plans et des stratégies de diffusion du contenu, en mettant l'accent sur les thèmes les plus significatifs.
  • Organiser des réunions régulières avec les équipes Formation et Qualité pour discuter des lacunes de connaissances et des malentendus relatifs au contenu.
  • Former et actualiser les connaissances des formateurs sur les nouveaux matériels, en fournissant régulièrement des informations sur les modifications apportées.
  • Participer aux sessions de formation pour évaluer l'efficacité du contenu et le réajuster en fonction des retours et des questions fréquemment posées.

Pré-Requis :

  • Entre 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que concepteur pédagogique ou dans l'élaboration de matériels de formation pour adultes, idéalement dans le secteur des télécommunications.
  • Une attitude dynamique, illustrée par de la créativité et une capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
  • Une attention particulière à la précision lors de la gestion de projets dans des environnements rapides.
  • Une expertise dans la traduction de concepts techniques complexes en objectifs d'apprentissage facilement assimilables.
  • Un historique de coordination, mise en œuvre et supervision réussies d'initiatives stratégiques d'envergure.
  • Une connaissance approfondie des dernières tendances et des meilleures pratiques en matière de formation en présentiel (Instruction Led Training - ILT).
