Multicraft is op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst voor in de regio Zaanstreek.

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, goed georganiseerd en krijg je energie van klantcontact? Wil je werken bij een internationale marktleider waar techniek, innovatie en commercie samenkomen? In deze veelzijdige functie ondersteun je onze salesorganisatie en ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, dealers, leveranciers en collega's. Geen dag is hetzelfde.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Ondersteunen van accountmanagers en dealers;

• Verwerken van offertes, orders en orderbevestigingen in Microsoft Dynamics 365;

• Verkoop van gebruikte machines aan handelaren;

• Onderhouden van contacten met dealers en leveranciers;

• Maken en versturen van nieuwsbrieven;

• Ondersteunen van marketingactiviteiten en advertenties;

• Telefonisch klantcontact en commerciële opvolging;

• Ontvangen van klanten in onze showroom;

• Beheer van leasecontracten en administratieve processen;

• Beheer van onze website en e-commerce omgeving;

• Vertalen van prijslijsten en marketingmateriaal vanuit het Engels;

• Organiseren van klantenevenementen, huisshows en fabrieksbezoeken in Italië en de vrijdagmiddagborrel.

Deze functie combineert sales, marketing, klantcontact, administratie en organisatie, waardoor je jezelf breed kunt ontwikkelen.

Functie-eisen: - MBO-niveau 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau;

• Affiniteit met techniek, industrie of maakindustrie;

• Ervaring met Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen (Dynamics 365 is een pré);

• Enthousiaste en proactieve houding;

• Rijbewijs B;

• Commerciële of technische achtergrond;

• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden;

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels;

• Woonachtig binnen circa 25 kilometer van Wormerveer;

• Kennis van houtbewerking is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
