Multicraft is op zoek naar een Projectleider Bouwprojecten voor in de regio Amsterdam.

Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige projectproces: van voorbereiding en uitvoering tot oplevering en nazorg. Je beheert en controleert projectgegevens zorgvuldig en zorgt ervoor dat contracten met leveranciers en onderaannemers tijdig worden opgesteld en verwerkt. Daarnaast bewaak je de voortgang, draag je zorg voor de benodigde keuringen en zorg je ervoor dat projecten volgens planning worden opgeleverd en correct worden vastgelegd.

Je stelt projectplanningen op, bewaakt budgetten en stuurt een team van werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en vakmensen op een coachende manier aan. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de Business Controllers om de financiële prestaties van de projecten te monitoren. Je signaleert tijdig financiële afwijkingen en onderneemt actie waar nodig. Dankzij jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en heldere communicatie zorg je bovendien voor een optimale informatie-uitwisseling tussen de bouwplaats en het kantoor.

Functie-eisen: - HBO niveau met minimaal 7 jaar werkervaring in een functie als Projectleider;

• Ervaring in renovatie en onderhoudsprojecten;

• Je kunt goed coachend leiding geven;

• Je bent kostenbewust, nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht;

• Pro-actief;

• Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
