Je werkt binnen een complexe technische ICT-architectuur en automatiseert en verbetert het beheer van de omgevingen. Je zorgt dat beheerdocumentatie op orde is, lost incidenten op (zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband), behandelt klantaanvragen, realiseert opdrachten tijdig en neemt actief deel aan projecten. Er is een grote mate van autonomie.
