Wegens groei zijn we o.a. voor het prestigieuze Rijksvastgoedbedrijf contract op zoek naar een 1e Monteur E Serviceprojecten. Je zal voor dit contract verantwoordelijk worden voor 9 lokaties (kantoorpanden) in Utrecht. Samen met ons gedreven projectteam werk je volgens de hoogste veiligheidsnormen en streef je naar een maximale klanttevredenheid. Jouw belangrijkste missie? Het succesvol monteren, installeren en optimaliseren van complexe installaties. Heb je andere interesses dan kijken we ook graag verder met je mee. Jouw uitdaging als (1e) Monteur E Serviceprojecten Als 1e monteur elektrotechniek bij Unica verricht je montagewerkzaamheden aan gebouw gebonden technische installaties. Jouw belangrijkste werkzaamheden zijn het zelfstandig installeren en opleveren van soms complexe installaties. Dit doe je samen met een leuk team van hardwerkende collega’s die naast kennis en expertise ook nog eens over een flinke dosis humor beschikken. Je bent voorzien van het juiste gereedschap, een eigen werkbus en je verricht elektrotechnische montagewerkzaamheden aan moderne technische installaties. Je werkbonnen ontvang je digitaal op je telefoon of tablet. Daarnaast denk je mee met de klant, anticipeert de klantbehoefte en vertegenwoordigt Unica op een professionele manier. Naast de uitvoering heb je een coördinerende en controlerende taak en je stuurt een leerling monteur aan bij de werkzaamheden. De klussen zijn goed voorbereid en alle materialen staan op het juiste moment voor je klaar. De planning is op orde waardoor jij de kwaliteit kunt leveren die je gewent bent. Wat biedt Unica jou? We verzorgen het technisch onderhoud en de modificaties van werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties in gebouwen. Daarbij zetten we belangrijke stappen in het steeds duurzamer maken van deze gebouwen. We zijn open, eerlijk, nuchter en hebben veel voor elkaar over.
