Opleidingsniveau Uren Vakgebied Dienstverband Salaris - GGD GHOR Nederland Utrecht €5.062 - €7.232 28 - 32 uur WO - Levvel Amsterdam €5.951 - €7.449 36 uur WO Juridisch beleidsadviseur GGD GHOR Nederland Salaris €5.062 - €7.232 Uren 28 - 32 uur Dienstverband Tijdelijk Werk locatie Utrecht Opleidingsniveau WO, HBO Branche Gezondheidszorg/Welzijn Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? - Je voert zowel zelfstandig als in nauw overleg met collega's diverse werkzaamheden uit om de kwaliteit van het toezicht te bevorderen. - Je adviseert vanuit je juridische kennis het ministerie bij wetgevings- en beleidstrajecten, en de toezichthouders bij het uitvoeren van het toezicht. - Je levert een bijdrage aan het vernieuwen en up-to-date houden van inspectie-instrumenten en handleidingen, en aan de ondersteuning van toezichthouders via het ondersteuningsportaal. - Je levert een bijdrage aan trainingen voor toezichthouders. - Je coördineert zelfstandig trajecten gericht op de doorontwikkeling van toezichtbeleid mede in relatie tot handhaving, en adviseert collega's hierin. - Je fungeert als spil in processen. En het is voor jou vanzelfsprekend deze nauwgezet tot een goed eindresultaat te brengen. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent in het bezit van een afgeronde juridische hbo- of wo-opleiding. - Je hebt kennis van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht (Awb) en Wet Kinderopvang (Wko) en minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring - Je slaat makkelijk de brug van wet- en regelgeving naar toepassing in de praktijk. - Je hebt ruime ervaring met en een brede blik op het terrein van (gemeentelijk) toezicht en handhaving, en een visie op de ontwikkeling van het toezicht. - Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van (landelijk) beleid binnen een project Wat krijg je van ons? - Schaal 11 min. € 5.062,56 - max. € 7.232,25 (40 uur) - Contract voor 28-32 uur per week - Aanstelling voor een jaar met uitzicht op verlenging - E...
