The posting

Multicraft is op zoek naar een Vormvoorbereider voor in de regio Zaandam.

In deze functie zal je onder andere bezig houden met de volgende taken:

• Volgens planning, orderinformatie gereedzetten van drukvormen voor productie in de drukkerij en het wassen van de onderdelen;

• Orderinformatie controleren en de staat van de cilinders die klaarstaan checken, wanneer dit onjuist is meldt je dit bij de leidinggevende;

• Met een heftruck/reachtruck cilinders transporteren binnen de afdeling (bij bezit heftruckcertificaat);

• Cilinders op karren takelen voor transport naar de drukkerij;

• Teruggekomen cilinders controleren op schade;

• Na productie de cilinders weer terugtakelen op de juiste pallets;

• Storingen opmerken en doorgeven aan de leidinggevende;

• Onderhouden en bedienen van de wasmachine voor het wassen van onderdelen.

• LET OP: je werkt in een 3 ploegendienst. De tijden zijn van:

Ochtend Maandag t/m vrijdag 06:00-14:00; Middag Maandag t/m donderdag 14:00-22:00 + vrijdag 14:00-18:00;

Nacht Maandag t/m donderdag 22:00 tot 06:00.

Functie-eisen: - Actiegerichtheid;

• Accuraat en kwaliteitsgericht;

• Vmbo werk- en denkniveau;

• In het bezit van een hef/reachtruckcertificaat (of bereid deze te halen) (pre);

• Beheersing van de Engelse taal (pre).
