Je kent het: een collega van de servicedesk loopt vast op een ticket, escaleert, en dan begint jouw werk. Je duikt erin, zoekt de oorzaak en lost het structureel op. Geen pleisters plakken, maar echt fixen. Bij Barion ben je het technische escalatiepunt voor onze servicedesk. Je pakt de complexere incidenten op in Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Entra ID en netwerkinfrastructuur. Daarnaast voer je klantprojecten uit: cloudmigraties, Intune-uitrol, netwerkimplementaties en security-verbeteringen. We zijn een compact IT-bedrijf in Duiven dat MKB-klanten bedient. Geen groot concern met tien lagen management, maar een klein team waar jij direct impact hebt op de kwaliteit van klantomgevingen. Wat maakt deze rol interessant?
