Voor onze partner zijn we op zoek naar een (junior) accountant in regio Antwerpen. De accountingactiviteiten worden centraal aangestuurd vanuit het Belgische hoofdkantoor en verlopen in nauwe samenwerking met operations, controlling en consolidatie.

Je maakt deel uit van een stabiel accountingteam en krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over een duidelijke en afgebakende scope van entiteiten. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen duidelijke deadlines, met begeleiding waar nodig en ruimte om te groeien in verantwoordelijkheid en procesinzicht.

Accountant - Job omschrijving

  • Je ondersteunt en bouwt mee aan de end-to-end GL accounting voor meerdere entiteiten, inclusief maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen, vaste posten, intercompanyverrichtingen en balansreconciliaties.
  • Je werkt mee aan btw-aangiftes en statutaire jaarrekeningen, en leert dossiers inhoudelijk voorbereiden richting audit en externe partijen.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit operations en controlling, leert afwijkingen analyseren en draagt bij aan een correcte en consistente verwerking over entiteiten heen.
  • Je krijgt inzicht in processen en kan stapsgewijs meedenken over optimalisaties.

Accountant - Profiel

  • Je hebt een eerste tot enkele jaren ervaring binnen accounting of audit, of je staat aan het begin van je carrière met een sterke boekhoudkundige basis.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op voor je dossiers en leert prioriteiten stellen binnen deadlines.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en btw-regels of bent gemotiveerd om deze verder te verdiepen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en voelt je comfortabel in een professionele Engelstalige context.
