Mit unseren eigenen Entwicklungen im Bereich Hard- und Software sind wir sowohl in der traditionellen Elektrotechnik als auch in der High-Tech Elektronik in den Bereichen Energieversorgung, Industrie und Infrastruktur tätig.

Aufgrund unseres stetigen Wachstums am Hauptsitz in Linz bieten wir ab sofort eine Stelle im Bereich 1 2nd-Level-Support V460 (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

* 2nd-Level-Support und Systemtest der Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware SPRECON-V460

* Erarbeiten von Lösungsmöglichkeiten für unsere Kunden

* Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Fehleranalysen und lnformationsaufbereitung für "Bugs"

* Dokumentation von Supportfällen (via Ticketsystem) und die Erstellung von Testaufbauten

* Erstellung, Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Durchführung der Systemtests

* Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von automatischen Systemtests

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (HTL oder FH) im Bereich Elektro- / Energietechnik oder Informatik

* Grundkenntnisse über Prozess-Visualisierungssoftware (SCADA Systeme)

* Programmierkenntnisse in C#, VB, Microsoft Add-In wünschenswert

* Erste Berufserfahrungen im Produktsupport von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse über Stromnetze und elektrische Anlagen sind von Vorteil

* Technologiebegeisterter Teamplayer, der gerne und gut auf Deutsch und Englisch kommuniziert (schriftlich und mündlich)

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie eine strukturierte, organisierte Arbeitsweise
