Goorsenberg 3D Meettechnicus / Kwaliteitscontroleur HTS (Werktuigbouwkunde) Fijnmechanische Industrie Goorsenberg is al 60 jaar een betrouwbare toeleverancier van hoogwaardige fijnmechanische producten en samenstellingen (enkelstuks tot middelgrote series) voor tal van industrieën. Momenteel hebben wij 24 medewerkers, die al vele jaren een hecht team vormen. Wij zijn gevestigd in Nijmegen en hebben een uitgebreid en modern machinepark. Wij blijven niet alleen investeren in moderne machines en gereedschappen, maar ook in enthousiaste vakbekwame medewerkers. De functie: De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het zelfstandig controleren en meten van producten en het opstellen van meetrapporten. Het controleren vindt plaats door middel van diverse handmeetmiddelen, lasermicrometer, hoogtemeters en twee 3D Meetmachines. Producten moeten doorgaans voldoen aan nauwkeurigheden van 0.1mm tot 1µm. Het programmeren van meetprogramma's vindt plaats met Mitutoyo software. Met deze software en 3D modellen kunnen meetprogramma's offline gemaakt worden. Overige werkzaamheden zijn het periodiek controleren en kalibreren van meetmiddelen, 3D CAD tekenen en het ontwerpen van opspanmallen voor het meten. Overige verantwoordelijkheden en taken: - Signaleren van kwaliteitsproblemen bij toeleveranciers - Het afhandelen van klachten en vraagstukken - Overleg en advies met klanten en toeleveranciers - Bewaken van het kwaliteitsbeleid - Optimaliseren van processen, waaronder productieproces en controle - Analyseren van fouten in processen of producten Jouw profiel: - HTS werk- en denkniveau (Werktuigbouwkunde) - Kennis van en ervaring met geometrische productspecificatie en -verificatie - Goede kennis van vorm- en plaatstoleranties en verspanende bewerkingen - Ervaring met (3D)meten van geometrie, schroefdraad, etc. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de verspanende metaalproductie - Kennis van CMM software en 3D CAD software - Woonachtig in omgeving van Nijmegen Pe...
