Then this 3D Metrology Technician position could be your next career move! As a 3D Metrology Technician, you play an important role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of high-tech products. You use advanced 3D measuring machines to check components and assemblies down to the smallest detail. You analyse the results, identify deviations and make sure every measurement is accurate and reliable. You will work closely with colleagues in Quality Engineering, Engineering and Production. Your measurements help the team understand whether a product meets the required specifications and where improvements can be made. Do you enjoy working with complex products, modern technology and measurements where every detail matters? In this role, your technical knowledge and eye for detail really make a difference. What will you do? - Perform accurate 3D measurements using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). - Programme and operate 3D measuring machines and measurement software. - Analyse measurement results and prepare clear reports. - Check components and assemblies against technical drawings and specifications. - Identify deviations and investigate their causes. - Suggest improvements to prevent quality issues from happening again. - Work closely with Quality Engineering and Production to solve technical challenges. - Support improvements in product quality and manufacturing processes. - Help ensure that prod...
