Als Teamleider Transmurale Zorg geef je leiding aan een betrokken team dat dagelijks verantwoordelijk is voor een effectieve en kwalitatief hoogwaardige zorg. Jij organiseert, coördineert en optimaliseert de werkprocessen en zorgt ervoor dat cliënten kunnen rekenen op veilige, betrouwbare en tijdige farmaceutische dienstverlening. Over Scheldezoom Farmacie Scheldezoom Farmacie staat voor innovatie, veiligheid en kwaliteit . Wij bieden een dynamische werkomgeving waar alle facetten van de farmacie samenkomen: farmaceutische patiëntenzorg in ziekenhuizen en GGZ‑instellingen, productie, laboratoriumdiensten en logistiek. Onze organisatie bestaat uit twee front‑office apotheken (Goes en Terneuzen) en een centrale apotheek in 's‑Gravenpolder, waar productie, laboratorium, instellingszorg, ziekenhuis verplaatste zorg en logistiek zijn ondergebracht. Wat ga je doen? Als Teamleider Transmurale Zorg ben je verantwoordelijk voor het effectief en efficiënt functioneren van het team waaraan je ook leiding geeft. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkprocessen soepel verlopen, voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en bijdragen aan de doelstellingen van de organisatie.
