Anculus is een professioneel adviesbureau voor vastgoed en facilities. Opdrachtgevers zijn schoolbesturen in het primair- en het voortgezet onderwijs. De afdeling Facilitair Advies levert advies en ondersteuning aan de inkooporganisatie van die opdrachtgevers. De afdeling richt zich op de professionalisering van de ondersteunende organisatie van onze opdrachtgevers, waarbij efficiency, doeltreffendheid en ontzorging de sleutelwoorden zijn. Functieomschrijving Je adviseert afhankelijk van je expertise gebied over het inhoudelijke vraagstuk zoals, arbo, administratieve diensten, ict, repro, leermiddelen, payrolling, schoonmaak etc. Daarnaast adviseer je over de inrichting van de aanbesteding en zorg je voor het correct doorlopen van de aanbestedings-procedure. In het gehele proces neem je de klant als het ware bij de hand en zet je hem aan het stuur. Binnen projecten treed je op als inhoudelijk specialist of als projectmanager afhankelijk van het onderwerp en/of de complexiteit van het project. Daarnaast ben je voor een groep vaste klanten het eerste aanspreekpunt als het gaat om inkoopvraagstukken en uitvoering van de inkoopkalender. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit, planning en het resultaat van (deel)projecten als: ‣ Het vertalen van de behoefte van de klant naar een uitvraag / programma van eisen; ‣ Het opstellen van inkoopanalyses en benchmarks; ‣ Het verzorgen van aanbestedingen Nationaal en Europees volgens alle voorkomende vormen en methodieken, voor alle voorkomende diensten, leveringen en werken in het primair onderwijs en voortgezet onderwi...
