Aankomend Assistent Bedrijfsleider Nettorama Loosdrecht is op zoek naar een aankomend assistent bedrijfsleider. Kom jij ons team versterken?

Als aankomend assistent bedrijfsleider ben je de directe collega en de vervanger van de assistent bedrijfsleider. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het complete reilen en zeilen op jouw afdelingen. Je verzorgt samen met de assistent bedrijfsleider de dagplanning, stuurt je collega’s aan en bent niet bang om zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Denk hierbij o.a. aan het verwerken van binnenkomende vracht, dagelijkse administratie of werkzaamheden bij de kassa. Je bent ondernemend en zorgt ervoor dat jouw doelen behaald worden. Je motiveert en enthousiasmeert het team, met oog voor hun tevredenheid én hun ontwikkeling. Dit doe je in een platte organisatie met een informele en professionele werksfeer. Je legt daarbij verantwoording af aan de bedrijfsleider.

Wat zoeken we in jou?

- Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau, eventueel aangevuld met vakdiploma’s.

- Je beschikt over werkervaring in de detailhandel.

- Enige leidinggevende ervaring is een pre.

- Je hebt een positieve instelling en kan goed mensen coachen, motiveren en enthousiasmeren.

- Je bent klantgericht.
