In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn, onderhoud je sterke relaties met leveranciers en zoek je actief naar oplossingen wanneer uitdagingen zich voordoen. Je combineert technisch inzicht met commerciële flair en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, sales en productmanagement. Jouw takenpakketAls aankoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte en doordachte aankoopwerking binnen een technische omgeving.

  • Je bouwt productkennis op rond componenten voor koelkamers en grootkeukens en begrijpt de technische specificaties achter de producten.
  • Je vertaalt vragen vanuit de verkoopafdeling naar geschikte producten en oplossingen bij leveranciers.
  • Je bewaakt levertermijnen en beschikbaarheden en grijpt in wanneer afspraken niet worden nagekomen.
  • Je onderhandelt over prijzen, voorwaarden en projectkortingen om de beste resultaten voor de organisatie te behalen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met productmanagement om product- en assortimentsinformatie correct en actueel te houden.
  • Je analyseert marktontwikkelingen en denkt actief mee over nieuwe producten, alternatieven en commerciële kansen.
  • Bij klachten of leveringsproblemen neem je eigenaarschap en zorg je voor een snelle oplossing voor de klant.

  • Je hebt interesse in techniek en bent bereid om je technische productkennis voortdurend uit te breiden.
  • Je combineert analytisch en technisch inzicht met een commerciële ingesteldheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent assertief en durft leveranciers aan te spreken wanneer nodig.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, volgt dossiers nauwkeurig op en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je acties.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de gebruikelijke IT-systemen en gebruikt deze efficiënt in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
