Ben jij een aankoper die zich thuis voelt in de bouwsector? Heb jij de vaardigheden om aankoopprocessen te optimaliseren en bij te dragen aan het succes van onze projecten? Sta jij klaar om de schakel te zijn tussen onze projectleiders en een breed scala aan inkoopbehoeften, van materialen tot gespecialiseerde diensten?

In deze rol gebruik je jouw expertise om ons aankoopbeleid te waarborgen. Jij onderhoudt actief contact met leveranciers en houdt de marktontwikkelingen nauwlettend in de gaten. Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere het tijdig en nauwkeurig voorbereiden van aankopen, zodat onze projecten soepel kunnen verlopen.

Ben jij in staat om sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden in te zetten om onze dynamische werkomgeving te versterken? Beschik je over de vaardigheden om efficiënt te communiceren en processen verder te optimaliseren? En zie jij het als een uitdaging om bij te dragen aan ons succes? Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een hogere opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een relevante sector.
  • Minimaal drie jaar werkervaring in de bouw, bij voorkeur als aankoper of werkvoorbereider.
  • Je bent een sterke onderhandelaar met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig werken is voor jou vanzelfsprekend, maar je bent ook een teamspeler.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en met een hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid.
  • Technisch inzicht en een analytische mindset zijn jouw sterke punten.
  • Een brede kennis van en interesse in digitale tools, zoals ERP-systemen en Microsoft 365, is vereist.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over een actief netwerk van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Assertiviteit en expertise combineer je met het opbouwen van duurzame vertrouwensrelaties.
  • Je drukt je vlot uit in het Nederlands en hebt een goede basis in het Frans en Engels.
  • Resultaatgerichtheid, klantgerichtheid en stressbestendigheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
