Als Abteilungsleitung Obst & Gemüse verantwortest du die

Organisation und Weiterentwicklung deiner Abteilung. Du sorgst

für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, planst Bestellungen

und Bestände, stellst höchste Qualitäts- und Frischestandards

sicher und führst dein Team kompetent zum gemeinsamen

Erfolg.

Deine Aufgaben

Es ist früher Morgen. Du kontrollierst die Frische und

Qualität der eingetroffenen Ware, behältst die Bestände im

Blick und sorgst für eine ansprechende Präsentation im

Obst- und Gemüsebereich.

Mit deiner freundlichen und kompetenten Art berätst du

unsere Kunden und unterstützt bei Kommissionierungen

sowie der Warenplanung.

Als Abteilungsleitung führst und motivierst du dein Team,

schaffst ein positives Arbeitsumfeld und sorgst für

reibungslose Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft.

Dein Profil

Erfahrung im Bereich Obst & Gemüse oder in einem

verwandten Berufsfeld mit dem Wunsch, den nächsten

Karriereschritt zu gehen

Ausgeprägtes Frische- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
