Functieomschrijving - Beoordelen van particuliere verzekeringsaanvragen binnen de geldende richtlijnen. - Accepteren van particuliere verzekeringsaanvragen binnen de geldende richtlijnen. - Analyseren van risico's bij nieuwe en bestaande aanvragen. - Maken van onderbouwde acceptatiebeslissingen. - Bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving door het geven van helder advies. - Zorgen voor snelle opvolging van aanvragen en klantvragen. - Signaleren van afwijkingen in aanvragen en processen. - Actief meedenken over verbeteringen in werkprocessen. Samen komen we verder In de praktijk In deze functie als Acceptant Particulier maak je deel uit van een hecht team waarin betrokkenheid centraal staat en collega's elkaar helpen om elke aanvraag tot een goed einde te brengen. Je beoordeelt en accepteert particuliere verzekeringsaanvragen binnen duidelijke richtlijnen, draagt met jouw adviezen bij aan een optimale klantbeleving en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over procesverbeteringen. Je werkt in een informele omgeving zonder 'stropdassenmentaliteit', waar ondernemerschap, proactiviteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling belangrijker zijn dan hiërarchie en waar je je snel thuis zult voelen door de open sfeer.
