Een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag schakelt tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's en het prettig vindt als geen dag hetzelfde is. Wat ga je doen? Als Account Coördinator ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen het commerciële team. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen, orders en afspraken goed worden opgevolgd en dat klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Zo houd jij je bezig met: - Verwerken en opvolgen van klantorders - Beantwoorden van vragen per telefoon en e-mail - Coördineren van aanvragen en samples - Bewaken van voorraden en opvolgen van bestellingen bij leveranciers - Actueel houden van assortiment- en prijsinformatie - Ondersteunen van het salesteam - Contact onderhouden met prospects via social media - Meewerken aan beurzen en evenementen Je hebt dagelijks contact met verschillende mensen. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je makkelijk communiceert, overzicht houdt en niet afwacht als er iets geregeld moet worden. Dit ben jij Je bent iemand die graag de zaken goed voor elkaar heeft. Je werkt nauwkeurig, kunt goed prioriteiten stellen en vindt het leuk om met klanten en collega's te schakelen.
