Voor onze klant in Heist op den Berg zijn we op zoek naar een Account coordinator Customer service met onmiddellijk vaste aanwerving.

Als Account Coordinator Customer Service ben jij de essentiële schakel tussen onze klanten en onze organisatie. Samen met een enthousiast en meertalig team zorg je ervoor dat offertes, bestellingen en klantvragen vlot en professioneel worden afgehandeld. Dankzij jouw commerciële mindset en klantgerichte aanpak draag je rechtstreeks bij aan het succes van onze klanten én de verdere groei van onze organisatie.

Jouw functie

Als Account Coordinator Customer Service ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het opmaken, opvolgen en beheren van offertes.
  • Het verwerken en coördineren van klantorders van A tot Z.
  • Het onderhouden van klantcontacten en het bieden van een uitstekende service.
  • Het proactief informeren van klanten over levertijden, verzendingen en orderstatussen.
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen en het oplossen van problemen op een klantgerichte manier.
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van verzendingen in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.
  • Het bepalen van de meest geschikte transportmethode en bijhorende transportkosten.
  • Het nauw samenwerken met Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality en andere interne stakeholders.
  • Het actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van customer service processen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring binnen Customer Service of een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring met orderverwerking en offertebeheer.
  • Je kan een stabile werkverleden voorleggen.
  • Je werkt graag in een internationale omgeving.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en behoudt overzicht, ook wanneer verschillende prioriteiten samenkomen.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit. Jouw profiel
  • Professionele bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Duits is een plus. Kennis van Frans is een plus. Extra talen zijn een troef.
