Voor een gevestigde waarde met meer dan 60 jaar ervaring in extrusie zoeken we een Operator die graag mee bouwt aan kwaliteit, continuïteit en vernieuwing. Je komt terecht in een sterk en stabiel bedrijf met meer dan 100 medewerkers, waar ervaring hand in hand gaat met moderne productieprocessen en duurzame keuzes.

In deze goed uitgeruste productieomgeving krijg je de kans om je technische kennis dagelijks in te zetten én verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkt samen met collega’s die weten van aanpakken, die kwaliteit belangrijk vinden en die trots zijn op wat ze samen realiseren.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opstarten en correct afsluiten van de extrusiemachines, met oog voor veiligheid, precisie en continuïteit
  • Het volledige productieproces nauwgezet opvolgen en de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte producten bewaken via gerichte controles
  • Kleine technische storingen snel opmerken en samen met collega’s zorgen voor een vlotte oplossing, zodat de lijn blijft draaien
  • Na elke productierun instaan voor een nette werkplek, reiniging en basisonderhoud van de installaties
  • Elke dag meebouwen aan sterke verpakkingsoplossingen waar kwaliteit, teamwork en vakmanschap centraal staan
  • Een technisch diploma of relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving vormt een sterke basis
  • Leergierigheid en motivatie om extrusietechnieken verder onder de knie te krijgen, zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en proactief werken zit in jouw natuur, gecombineerd met een goed technisch inzicht
  • Nederlands goed spreken en begrijpen vormt een vereiste, omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
