Je helpt grote zakelijke klanten met hun zendingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je ontvangt een goed salaris en krijgt de kans om je verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw dag begint met het controleren van lopende zendingen. Je gebruikt verschillende systemen om te zien of alles op schema ligt. Zie je een probleem? Dan neem je direct contact op met de klant om het op te lossen. Je informeert en ondersteunt klanten, accountmanagers en de Customer Service afdelingen. Soms bezoek je klanten voor kennismaking of overleg. Je bent het aanspreekpunt en werkt samen met collega's om de klanttevredenheid hoog te houden. Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en lost graag problemen op. Je denkt in oplossingen en werkt secuur. Je wilt altijd het beste voor de klant regelen. Herken je jezelf?
