Voor onze vestiging te Deurne zijn we op zoek naar een Account Executive. Doelstelling: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop en efficiënt afhandelen van logistieke stromen volgens bestaande processen. Je draagt bij tot een efficiënte en klantgerichte logistieke dienstverlening. Gegevens worden door jou uitgewisseld met de klant, vragen beantwoord en gevraagde inlichtingen verstrekt. Taken worden volgens precieze regels uitgevoerd en dit binnen de vooropgestelde tijdslimiet. Je bouwt een sterke klantenrelatie op en streeft hierbij naar een optimale klantentevredenheid. Jobinhoud: - Je staat in voor het volledig operationeel dossierbeheer van A tot Z binnen het ERP systeem, klaar voor facturatie; - Transport- , bevrachting-, douanedocumenten worden door jou opgesteld, gecontroleerd en opgevolgd; - Je voert operationele communicatie met de klant en staat in contact met onze interne operationele diensten. De klant wordt door jou proactief op de hoogte gehouden i.v.m. het verloop van de verzending / het dossier teneinde de klantentevredenheid hoog te houden; - Je treedt regelmatig in overleg met de Sales collega's i.v.m. de evolutie van de business (groei / daling). Eventuele vragen van klanten worden door jou geregistreerd en opgevolgd, dit in overleg met jouw teamleader; - Optionele verzekeringspolis wordt door jou in orde gebracht met de verzekeringsmakelaar. Jouw talenten: - Je behaalde een Bachelor diploma Logistiek management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (expeditie : import en export) en hebt hierin minimum ...
