Je combineert jouw technische expertise met leidinggevende vaardigheden om ervoor te zorgen dat jouw team efficiënt, veilig en volgens planning werkt. Met jouw ervaring in werktuigbouwkunde en kennis van installatietechniek ben je in staat om uitdagingen op te lossen en de voortgang van projecten te bewaken. Daarnaast ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel je team als de opdrachtgever, waarbij goede communicatie en een oplossingsgerichte houding essentieel zijn. Wat je gaat doen: - Coördineren: het plannen en aansturen van dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen jouw team. - Toezicht houden: het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werkvloer. - Problemen oplossen: het signaleren en aanpakken van technische of organisatorische uitdagingen. - Communiceren: het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen. - Rapporteren: het bijhouden van projectvoortgang en het delen van updates met de projectleiding.
