Onze klant is actief in de sector van het uitzonderlijk cargotransport. Als onafhankelijk bedrijf, gevestigd in Antwerpen, groot genoeg om elk grootschalig project aan te nemen, maar tegelijk ook een bedrijf op mensenmaat dat een persoonlijk aanpak garandeert.

Ben jij de enthousiaste Account Executive die wij zoeken?

Als Senior Account Executive zorg jij voor het volledige beheer van logistieke dossiers en bouw je sterke klantrelaties op. Je regelt documenten, houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte en zorgt dat alles netjes in het ERP-systeem staat, klaar voor facturatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Jij regelt het beheer van dossiers van begin tot eind in ons ERP-systeem, alles is klaar voor facturatie!
  • Opstellen en controleren van documenten? Jij doet het snel en foutloos!
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte over hun verzendingen en zorgt voor een vloeiende communicatie.
  • Je werkt samen met Sales om de business in de juiste richting te sturen.
  • Klantvragen? Jij registreert ze en zorgt ervoor dat ze netjes opgevolgd worden.
  • Optionele verzekeringen regel jij met de verzekeringsmakelaar.

Als Account Executive zet jij de volgende stappen:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor in Logistiek Management of een vergelijkbare ervaring, met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in expeditie, import of export.
  • Douanekennis? Daar ben je helemaal mee thuis en je leert graag bij!
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, hebt een klantgerichte mindset en spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels vloeiend.
  • Spreek je ook Frans of Duits? Dan ben jij helemaal de ideale match!
  • Je bent gedreven, klantgericht en werkt graag samen in een hecht team.
  • Veranderingen zie jij als een kans, en jij houdt van multitasken in ERP-systemen, altijd met een scherp inzicht in de administratieve processen.
