De sleutel tot het merkimago van Martin's is een groot respect voor erfgoed. Bijna elk Martin's hotel, villa en restaurant is gebouwd op historische locaties.

De functie

De Account Manager creëert een productieve, motiverende werkomgeving en werkt samen met andere afdelingen om de kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve doelstellingen van de Martin's groep te behalen.

De Account Manager zal de verschillende hotel in België promoten door het versterken en uitbouwen van succesvolle lange termijn klantenrelaties in verschillende segmenten. (Corporate, mice & leisure). Doelstellingen voor sales account targets bepalen en opvolgen, in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Acties voorstellen om de verkoopprestaties te verbeteren en groeikansen identificeren.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Langdurige relaties opbouwen met zakelijke/mice/leisure accounts
  • Stem de behoeften van de klant af op de behoeften van het hotel
  • Ontwikkel & onderhoud de productie & relatie
  • Proactief informatie zoeken over corpo, mice & leisure accounts
  • Diepgaande analyse van het bedrijf - gekwalificeerd onderzoek
  • Prospectie gedefinieerd in een Key Accounting planning op basis van de regio
  • Onderhandelen van "bedrijfscontracten", bedrijfsontwikkeling & opvolgen van het biedings- en RFP-proces
  • Maandelijkse follow-up van de resultaten per markt
  • Leveren/prospecteren van nieuwe potentiële klanten
  • CRM bijwerken met alle relevante informatie voor elke account in termen van contacten, taken, gesprekken, vergaderingen
  • Deelnemen aan de wereldwijde Sales activiteiten, beurzen bijwonen en klanten ontmoeten.
  • Wekelijkse/maandelijkse rapportage van de wereldwijde Sales activiteiten om de Account Planning & Sales target uit te voeren.
  • Meerdere talen (Engels,Frans & Nederlands) zijn een voordeel voor de functie
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de sector of gelijkwaardig
  • Bezit van een robuust adresboek & netwerk is aanbevolen
  • Sterke toewijding aan het ontwikkelen en leveren van klantgerichte service
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden in zakelijk Engels, overtuigingskracht, besluitvaardigheid
  • In staat om veranderingsprocessen in zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheidsgebied te ondersteunen: persoonlijke bereidheid om veranderingen te omarmen in een dynamische werkomgeving
  • Timemanagement en organisatorische vaardigheden zijn vereist
  • Vermogen om te analyseren
  • Bereidheid om te reizen
