Wij zoeken een zelfstandig werkend kok voor de Chinese keuken die zelfstandig de keuken draait tijdens de diensten.

Vereiste werkervaring: - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok in de authentieke Chinese keuken. - Beheersing van het wokken op hoog vuur: snelle bereiding bij zeer hoge temperatuur, met behoud van textuur en smaak. - Beheersing van de klassieke Chinese bereidingstechnieken: stomen en dim sum, frituren, smoren, en het samenstellen van sauzen op basis van traditionele receptuur. - In staat om zelfstandig een keuken te draaien tijdens piekdiensten, zonder dagelijkse aansturing. - Aantoonbare kennis van HACCP. - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels. - Bereidheid tot avond- en weekenddiensten.

China Catering is een Chinees-Nederlands restaurant- en bezorgbedrijf in Enschede. Wij bereiden een volledig Chinees assortiment vers in eigen keuken, voor zowel restaurantgasten als bezorging. De keuken draait op hoog volume, zeven dagen per week.

Wat ga je doen Als zelfstandig werkend kok ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bereiding van het volledige Chinese assortiment en draai je zelfstandig de keuken tijdens je diensten. - Zelfstandig bereiden van alle gerechten op de kaart, van voorbereiding tot uitgifte - Wokgerechten bereiden op hoog vuur, met constante kwaliteit tijdens piekuren - Bewaken van smaak, presentatie en portionering - Mise en place, voorraadbeheer en het doen van bestellingen - Toepassen en bewaken van de HACCP-normen - Meedenken over menuontwikkeling en nieuwe gerechten - Aansturen en inwerken van keukenhulpen tijdens je dienst

Wat wij bieden - Bruto maandsalaris van 2550 euro bij een 38-urige werkweek, conform Horeca-cao functiegroep V - 8 procent vakantiegeld en 25 vakantiedagen bij een voltijds dienstverband - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 euro per kilometer tot 30 km - Uitzicht op een vast contract bij gebleken geschiktheid - Hulp bij het vinden van woonruimte
