Je zit in de business van de klant - en stuurt mee op marge, structuur en groei. Over de rol Je bent het strategische gezicht voor een select aantal merken die serieus willen schalen. Je overziet het hele speelveld - groei, marge, kanalen, kansen - en zorgt dat de juiste dingen gebeuren in de juiste volgorde. Je werkt direct met founders, marketeers en onze specialisten. Korte lijnen, geen lagen. Je denkt als een mede-eigenaar van het merk - niet als een leverancier. Wat je doet - Eigenaarschap over groei van jouw merken - niet alleen retentie van budget. - Sturen op marge, POAS en LTV. Niet op spend of taken. - Kijken buiten je eigen kanaal: waar laat de klant nu rendement liggen? - Vertalen van klantdoelen naar een scherpe roadmap met prioriteiten. - Samenwerken met onze SEA-, SEO-, content- en e-mail specialisten. - Commerciële kansen signaleren bij bestaande klanten en die uitwerken. Wat we zoeken - 3+ jaar in een commerciële of klantgerichte rol binnen digital, marketing of groei. - Je denkt in resultaat - niet in taken of uren. - Je leest een P&L, snapt marge en stelt scherpe vragen aan founders. - Je bent zelfsturend en wacht niet op briefings. - Je houdt van bouwen, niet van beheren.
