Ben jij een commercieel talent met een sterke drive voor prospectie en klantenrelaties? Heb je technische feeling en haal je energie uit het uitbouwen van een eigen klantenportefeuille?

Voor een groeiende Belgische producent binnen de bouwsector zijn we op zoek naar een Account Manager voor de regio Waals-Brabant en Brussel.

Je wordt het commerciële aanspreekpunt voor klanten en prospecten in jouw regio en krijgt de vrijheid om je werk grotendeels zelfstandig te organiseren.

Jouw functie

Als Account Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van de klantenportefeuille in jouw regio. Je combineert actieve prospectie met het onderhouden en versterken van bestaande klantenrelaties.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Actief prospecteren en nieuwe klanten identificeren binnen de bouwsector.
  • Uitbouwen en onderhouden van een duurzaam klantenbestand.
  • Bezoeken en adviseren van klanten en prospecten.
  • Inspelen op de behoeften van verschillende klantengroepen, waaronder ruwbouwaannemers, voegers, vloerders, renovatiebedrijven, stukadoors en aannemers gespecialiseerd in buitenaanleg.
  • Opvolgen van commerciële opportuniteiten en onderhandelen over offertes, deals en contracten.
  • Zelfstandig beheren van je agenda, planning, klantencontacten en commerciële administratie.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte rapportering en opvolging van je activiteiten.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en de lokale vestiging binnen jouw regio.
  • Regelmatig afstemmen met de centrale diensten en collega's op de hoofdzetel.
  • Rapporteren aan de Sales Directeur.

We zoeken een ondernemend en commercieel ingesteld persoon die graag initiatief neemt en zelfstandig aan de slag gaat.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een natuurlijke commerciële ingesteldheid en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Een proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
  • Een positieve ingesteldheid en de nodige doorzettingskracht om commerciële opportuniteiten te realiseren.
  • Een sterke interesse in prospectie en het leggen van nieuwe contacten.
  • Het vermogen om niet alleen nieuwe klanten aan te trekken, maar ook langdurige professionele relaties op te bouwen.
  • Technische feeling of affiniteit, waardoor je het productaanbod snel onder de knie krijgt en klanten gericht kunt adviseren.
  • Een nauwkeurige en gedisciplineerde manier van werken, met aandacht voor administratie, communicatie en opvolging.
  • Een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een commerciële of technische richting.
